We have “No Refund, Return or Exchange” policy.

We try our best to upload the maximum information about our products so that our visitors can get an idea of the subject matter and also get to know the physical description of it. This should, supposedly, lead a visitor whether to go ahead with the purchase or not.

Return & Refund Policy (IF APPLICABLE)

Within 24 hours of receipt of your shipment, you may return a defective or damaged book. For returning shipment, please e-mail us at info@islamicbuk.com with the “return-orderID” in the subject line.

Customer can cancel the order within 1 hour after placing the order. We will accept returns only in case of damaged book, wrong supplied or with any printing errors. We will notify you through e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 working days of our receiving your return. If you have lost your packing slip, please indicate the order number or the e-mail address and name of the person who placed the order, along with the reason for your return on a separate piece of paper, and send the packet to back:
